However, clients may request revisions or improvements as part of their active service agreement.

2. Product Returns (if applicable)

For digital products such as templates, downloadable resources, or pre-designed materials:

  • Returns are not available once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed.
  • If a duplicate payment or a technical error occurs, please contact us within 7 business days for resolution.

3. Revision & Satisfaction Policy

We understand that creative and technical work may require adjustments. Therefore:

  • Revisions are included based on the chosen package or proposal terms.
  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
  • Clients are encouraged to share clear feedback during project stages to ensure satisfaction before completion.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or cancellations for:

  • Completed or in-progress services.
  • Third-party purchases made on behalf of the client (e.g., domains, hosting, ads).
  • Subscription-based plans or renewals once the billing period starts.

If you believe there has been a billing error, project misalignment, or technical problem:

    with details and proof of purchase.
  • Our team will review and respond within 5–7 business days.
  • Approved resolutions may include project adjustments, service credit, or partial refund (only if justified).
