Refunding Policy
At Comphaso LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality digital, design, and development services to our clients. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued. By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Service-Based Nature
Our services — including website development, digital marketing, design, and related solutions — are tailored and customized to each client’s specific requirements. Due to the personalized nature of these projects, refunds are generally not provided once work has begun.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment due to a technical or billing error.
- Service not initiated, and no work has been delivered within 10 business days of payment.
- Cancellation before project commencement, if no planning or resource allocation has been initiated.
In all other cases, work performed and resources used cannot be refunded.
3. Non-Refundable Services
No refunds will be issued for:
- Completed or partially completed projects.
- Marketing campaigns, design work, or web development once approved or delivered.
- Subscription fees for ongoing services after the billing period begins.
- Domain registration, hosting fees, or third-party software/services purchased on your behalf.
4. Project Cancellation
If a client decides to cancel a project:
- Written notice must be provided to hr@comphaso.com
- Work completed up to the date of cancellation will be billed accordingly.
- Remaining balance (if any) may be refunded after deducting applicable charges for time, tools, and resources used.
5. Refund Processing
If a refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
6. Dispute Resolution
